You may browse thru videos and news link in our BLOG section that has clips from local TV stations and other recognized sources before making a confident decision.
Without using our website, do a web search for your state's unclaimed property and follow along. Be careful not to click on websites that may ask for personal info or credit card details. Make sure link is secure. Few links may end with .org, .net and not necessarily .gov. Better to start with genuine state government link and then follow along to the unclaimed division.

How does the Reward system work?
People lookup their friends and relatives on state government websites using the links provided on our websites or directly.
Referring person will check to make sure that PropertyID is not already registered on our website and choose REFER-A-FREIND option to register PropertyID found on the state website.
Referring person contacts that friend or relative and provides the with PropertyID and the link to our website.
Person who has been refereed by a friend connects to our website and Acknowledges the Property ID.
Referred person connects to the State government website and verifies the information provided is valid. Starts the claim process directly with state website (not on our website) ONLY if he/she is the RIGHTFUL owner that matches all the information provided and have the necessary proof to claim the ownership.
State government sends payments directly to the Person claiming AFTER verifying all the necessary document and confirming the RIGHTFUL owner.
AFTER receiving their payment, that person returns and chooses to reward that friend who referred by choosing REWARD option on this website.
After receiving any reward received by this website, website will forward 80% of the reward amount to the person who referred that friend (property ID). Additional sensitive information may be required before forwarding the reward payments.
If I register a referral, am I guaranteed a reward?
No. There are several reasons why a person MAY NOT be the rightful owner. The state government verifies if the person applying is the RIGHTFUL owner before making any payment. If the person informed is NOT the rightful owner, they may not received any money hence they may not reward any money.
Sometimes the person you referred chooses not to reward because it is optional, in which case you will not receive a reward. Donations are OPTIONAL.
That friend may not acknowledge or use our website at all even if you have registered and informed them, in which case you will not get any reward.
How much reward can I expect to earn?
80% of the reward received on this website against the property id referred. Since there is no fixed % or a fee and rewards are optional, it really depends on how much a person chooses to reward regardless of amount they recover.
Few states do not disclose the amount of claim until states receives and confirms the proof of ownership. You may never know amount recovered unless the person voluntarily chooses to disclose on our website. Still there is no obligation to pay any reward.
What is the difference between reward and donation?
If ANY person chooses to donate regardless s/he was referred or not, whether s/he recovered any money or not, whether just a web visitor who likes to support our efforts and idea of connecting friends helping friends recover their own rightful money then website keeps the 100% of the donation received.
I received a referral from a friend, does that mean I am the RIGHTFUL owner to claim the money?
MAY BE. Name is just one of the many matching identities published on the state website. You MUST make sure co-owner, address, state, city, zip, county, holder name, property type and ALL other information provided on the State website belongs to you AND you have valid PROOF to provide including any additional identity information NOT listed like Social Security Number etc.
Please DO NOT file a FALSE or FRADULENT claim just because someone referred on our website. Any communication you have received is because Referring person believes your name matches and/or address. It is the your obligation to verify and confirm before filling a claim with any government.
